This "dress" is in fact not a dress. My husband thought it was a dress and said I was a genius for putting the two pieces together. (Aww!) Feeling rather flattered, I explained how these complimentary separates came from Aeropostale's collaboration with Pretty Little Liars' wardrobe stylist: Mandi Line. This look was inspired by Hanna Marin's outfits (Ashley Benson). The floral watercolor top instantly sold me. I love the scuba diving suit material it gives off. Very contouring on the body, shaping your curves naturally and comfortably. I tucked into the pleated skirt, and voila, it's now a dress. I can imagine myself wearing these separates again and again in a variety of ways. The top: with jeans, other skirts and even cut offs, possibly? The skirt with any color top and cut would work seamlessly well. What ideas do you have for wearing these two pieces over again? :)
